B.   Budget Amendment  Hearing

Chairman Ochs will recess the board meeting to hold a budget amendment hearing. Mr. Holmes will review the proposed budget amendment and request public input. After review of the budget amendment and public comment, Chairman Ochs will call the regular board meeting back to order.
